This article explains what you need to create and how the pieces fit together before publishing a training event.
If you’re new to Simulations Labs, we recommend starting with the Training Module Onboarding Checklist.
The checklist provides a guided, step-by-step path to help you set up your first training program.
What You Will Create
To build training content, you will create the following components:
Lessons
Units
Courses
These components are later delivered to learners through a training event.
Recommended Creation Flow
To avoid configuration issues, we recommend creating training content in this order:
Lessons
Create lessons that include learning content and hands-on challenges or labs.Units
Group related lessons into units to organize the learning experience.Courses
Combine units into a complete course that defines the full learning journey.
Once your course is ready, it can be used to create one or more training events.
Before You Start
Before creating training content, make sure:
You understand the training content structure
You have defined your learning objectives
Required challenges or labs are available
? If you’re new, we recommend reading How Training Is Structured in Simulations Labs first.
