How to Deactivate or Delete a Manager

You can either deactivate a manager to temporarily remove access or delete them to remove their account permanently.

Deactivate a Manager

Use this option if you want to keep the manager’s data but prevent them from accessing the platform.

1. Go to the Managers tab in the sidebar.
   
   

2. Select the manager you want to deactivate.
   
   

3. In the Active input, change the value to No.
   
   

4. Click Save.
   
   

The manager will no longer have access until you reactivate them.

Delete a Manager

Use this option to permanently remove a manager and their access.

1. Go to the Managers tab in the sidebar.
   
   

2. Select the manager you want to delete.
   
   

3. Click on the trash icon.
   
   

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
   
   

Note: This action is irreversible.
